Do you accept children?
Yes, we accept children as long as they are accompanied by an adult! The garden is fully enclosed so is safe for children.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, as we have family who use the apartment who are allergic to animals, we are unable to accept pets.
How many does the apartment sleep?
It sleeps four - one double room and one twin room.
Do you have an iron?
Yes, we supply an iron and ironing board.
Do you have a cot or a high chair?
Yes, a travel cot and high chair are both available.
Do you have outside storage for bikes/skis/golf clubs?
Yes, we have private secure outside storage.
Do you have a BBQ?
Yes, a BBQ and tools are in the shed for your use.
What is included in the rental price?
We provide all linen, towels, a basic food pack and electricity is included.
Can I arrange a supermarket delivery prior to my stay?
Yes, Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys all deliver, please just let us know when it is expected and we will ensure we are there to receive it.
What are the arrival and departure times?
We would ask you to arrive after 4pm and vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.

How quickly can I expect a response?
We endeavour to respond to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours.
What are the payment terms?
£100 deposit for up to a week (£200 for two weeks) on booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.
Do you offer short breaks?
Yes, please email us your dates and providing we have availability, we will give you a quote.
